Before the manufacturing and winding processes, all motor laminations are core loss tested and must pass strict quality standards. Additionally, winding data is computer verified before the coil manufacturing process begins.
Our advanced equipment enables us to manufacture a wide variety of coils, up to 7200 volts AC, and our high torque equipment allows us to manufacture large field coils. We also maintain a large wire inventory and numerous insulation systems, which allow us to produce specialty coils, field coils, form coil armatures & stator coils.
